How Asset Swaps Work
- Request a Quote: Query the OpenXSwitch Swap API with the source chain, source asset, destination chain, destination asset, and amount.
- Review Execution Parameters: The API queries underlying DEX aggregators to return live exchange rates, expected slippage, estimated execution time, and fee breakdown.
- Generate CallData & Execute: The DEX or liquidity venue generates the optimized transaction
callData. OpenXSwitch then securely signs and executes the transaction on-chain on behalf of the smart wallet or treasury account. - Monitor Lifecycle: Track settlement status in real-time via OpenXSwitch Webhooks.
