By default, Wallet Infrastructure is automatically provisioned during onboarding for all newly created workspaces on the OpenXSwitch Console. However, if you are configuring an existing workspace that requires setup or manual activation, this guide will walk you through completing the configuration yourself.

Setting up your Wallet Infrastructure involves three primary steps:
  1. Navigate: Access the Wallet Infrastructure section in your dashboard settings.
  2. Identify Setup State: Determine if your workspace needs access activation (State A) or just setup completion (State B).
  3. Provision: Follow the corresponding steps to request access or complete the 2-minute initialization process.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Navigate to Wallet Infrastructure
  1. Log in to the OpenXSwitch Console
  2. Click on the workspace navigation dropdown menu in your dashboard header.
  3. Select Wallet Infrastructure from the options.

Step 2: Complete the Infrastructure Setup Depending on your workspace status, your screen will display one of two setup states:
  • State A: Access Activation Needed
    • This state means your workspace does not yet have access to the Wallet Infrastructure feature. Activation must be enabled by the OpenXSwitch team.
    • You will see options on your screen
    • Click the on-screen link to contact us or book a call with our technical team

  • State B: Complete Ongoing Setup
    • This state means your workspace already has access, but the infrastructure setup has not yet been finalized.
    • Simply click the “Continue Setup” button.
    • Wait at least 2 minutes for the system to finalize background provisioning before refreshing or leaving the page.
